I’m flying to Tucson tomorrow (Saturday) to be with my father, who’s currently in the ICU on a ventilator. Neither Tuesday’s operation nor the five-hour surgery yesterday went well, and if you’re reading this, please pray for him. I don’t know how it’s going to turn out, but I know in whom I believe, and I’m trusting my dad to the One who has saved us both.

I pray that you and your father will be able to spend a great deal of time to gether. I pray that he will be comforted by your time with him and that the Lord will be gracious to both of you.
